Fans of “Only Murders in the Building,” you are gonna freak out! The Self-Guided Tour of your favorite binge-worthy Hulu series is here, Walk through the Upper West Side of NYC, exploring iconic filming locations starting at the Belnord Apartments (225 W 86th St), the exterior for "the Arconia." From there, head to Zabar’s (2245 Broadway), where Mabel, Charles, and Oliver chitchat over nosh and coffee. Stroll down Broadway, stopping by the historic Ansonia (2109 Broadway), an iconic building for many NYC stories. Finish at Riverside Park (near W 91st St) to dream up your next character’s backstory! Big applause to our own Flavio Romeo, winner of the Rebel Actors pilot program for most participation points! This powerhouse actor brought his A-game to every challenge, snagging the top spot like the superstar he is. Originally from Italy, and now based in NJ, Flavio has been captivating audiences from Off-Broadway to indie films. Recently, he wowed us all in NY Theater Festival’s “The Buried,” bringing his electric energy and fearless presence to the stage. Our pilot Rebel Readings was a smash hit! Actors from the Rebel family took the stage to perform knockout scripts written by our very own Randall Holloway, Jac Ford, and Kevin Duffy. The talent and originality were on full display, with each piece sparking laughter, awe, and plenty of chills. Afterward, we dove deep with Liz Lerman-style interviews, where our actor participants gave rich, thoughtful feedback to the playwrights. This creative exchange was everything we’d hoped for and more. Huge thanks to everyone who made the soft launch unforgettable—our Rebels are just getting started!
